Herb Pharm's Cramp Care™ compound features Black Haw prepared from the bark of responsibly wildcrafted Viburnum prunifolium trees. The bark is harvested in the spring or fall, carefully shade-dried, then thoroughly extracted. It also features Jamaica Dogwood, prepared from the bark of Piscidia piscipula trees which are responsibly wildcrafted in their natural habitat in Jamaica.
Ingredients: Black Haw bark (Viburnum prunifolium), Corydalis tuber (Corydalis yanhusuo), Jamaica Dogwood bark (Piscidia piscipula), Black Cohosh rhizome with rootlet (Actaea racemosa), Wild Yam rhizome (Dioscorea villosa), Ginger rhizome (Zingiber officinale)
Other Ingredients: certified organic cane alcohol (61-71%), distilled water & certified organic vegetable glycerin.

Because each product is thoughtfully handcrafted in small batches with care and intention, all sales are final. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on ingestible or body products for safety and hygiene reasons.
